Common questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your dashboard and choose Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
I joined on Skool. What happens to my membership?
Members who joined on Skool keep Premium until the date shown on their account. You can subscribe here at any time before then: your card is saved straight away but is not charged until that date, so you never pay twice for the same time. Sign in with the email you used on Skool, or continue with Google.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel any time and keep Premium to the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund a period that has already started. If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@monetizeuai.com and we'll look into it.
How is Premium billed?
By card, through Stripe, in US dollars: every month on the monthly plan, once a year on the yearly plan. We never see your card number. We don't add sales tax or VAT at checkout; depending on where you live, you may be responsible for taxes on your purchase.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
Premium belongs to your MonetizeU account. If you don't have one yet, we'll set one up first; continuing with Google is the quickest way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Manage subscription. A switch to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of your current period.
