Community Guidelines

The ground rules that keep the MonetizeU community helpful and safe.

Last updated · October 8, 2026

What this community is for

The MonetizeU community is a place for Executive Assistants and administrative professionals to learn AI together, share what works and support each other. It works because people feel safe and useful in it. These guidelines are how we keep it that way. They are part of our Terms of Service.

What we ask of everyone

  • Be kind and professional. Disagree with ideas, not with people. Assume good intent.
  • Keep confidences. Our members support senior leaders. Never post confidential information about your employer, your executive, a client or a colleague, and keep identifying details out of your examples.
  • Stay useful and on topic. Post in the room that fits. Search before you ask. Say thank you.
  • Give credit. Share your own work, or link to the source and say whose it is.
  • Use your real or professional name.

What isn’t allowed

  • Harassment, bullying, hate, or discrimination of any kind, including in chat.
  • Spam and advertising: unrequested promotion, affiliate or referral links, recruiting people to other groups or products, and repeated posts. Share your own offers only where a room says you may.
  • Sharing paid course material, other people’s copyrighted work or pirated content. See Copyright.
  • Impersonation, fake accounts, or names that suggest you work for MonetizeU (such as “Admin” or “Support”).
  • Posting other people’s private information, or screenshots of private conversations, without permission.
  • Scams, get-rich-quick pitches, misleading claims, or anything illegal.
  • Sexual, graphic or violent content.
  • Bots, scripts, or any automated posting, liking or messaging, and trading likes to inflate points.

New accounts start with limits

To keep spammers out, a brand-new free account has tighter limits for its first few days: for example, no links or pictures in posts, fewer @mentions and fewer posts and comments a day. They lift on their own, and members who already have Premium or other paid access aren’t held to them.

Reporting a problem

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, use the report option on the post or comment. Our team reviews every report. Reports are confidential: the person you report isn’t told who you are. A post that several different members report is hidden automatically until a moderator has looked at it.

For anything urgent, or something you can’t report in the community, email support@monetizeuai.com.

What we do about it

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may:

  • hide or remove a post, comment or message;
  • mute you, which means you can read but not post for a while;
  • remove your access to the community (a ban) and, where needed, hide your earlier posts and comments.

We don’t always warn first. Spam, harassment and anything dangerous can mean an immediate ban. Moderators are people, and they will sometimes get it wrong.

If you think we got it wrong

Email support@monetizeuai.com with your account email and what happened. We’ll look at it again and reply. If we got it wrong we’ll fix it.

Points and levels

You earn points when other members like your posts and comments. They are just for fun: they have no cash value. If points are being manipulated (fake accounts, like-swapping), we may take them away.

Remember who can see what

Posts in public rooms can be read by anyone. Other signed-in members can see your name, photo and the profile details you add, unless you hide yourself from the member list in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for the details, and our contact page if you have questions.
