Productivity & Communication
Calendar Management for Administrative Professionals
Calendar management is not simply finding open space. It is the strategic management of an executive's time, energy, attention, relationships and priorities. This six-class course starts with the role of the calendar manager and an Executive Preferences Profile that records priorities, protected commitments, buffers and approval boundaries.
You'll learn the mechanics that make every invitation clear and accurate, a simple triage method for deciding which meetings need to happen and who needs to attend, and how to protect focus and preparation time without damaging relationships. Then you'll handle the hard parts: double-bookings, competing commitments, rescheduling respectfully and coordinating many participants when several things change at once.
The course finishes with the full meeting lifecycle, from agenda and logistics to the executive briefing and follow-up, and a sustainable Calendar Operating System with category rules, recurring-event upkeep, delegate access and regular audits.
